Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or returns unless your order meets the following circumstances:
- You ordered 2 of the same item by mistake. In this case, we can cancel and refund that item.
- Your item was damaged beyond repair during shipping. In this case, we can return/replace your item or you will be given store credit if the item is no longer available.
If you pre-order / pre-reserve an item:
- We do not offer cancellations or refunds unless an item is no longer going to be available, meaning that the production was cancelled.
- If your pre-order is delayed by the manufacturing plant longer than 90-days from the anticipated release date, you are eligible for a refund if you request one.
- If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you are eligible for store credit or to swap the pre-order for items of an equal or lesser value.
In most cases, we can be flexible to your needs and will happily offer you store credit in most cases. Email us at order[at]silentfuture[dot]us with your order number and request. Our goal is to make you happy!
