Shipping policy

All shipments will be processed in the order they are received. If your shipment contains pre-order items, your order WILL NOT ship until all items are in-stock. If you do not want to wait, you will need to create separate orders with items that are pre-order so you do not experience long waits for your shipments. 

In the case that you accidentally place an order with pre-order items and you do not want to wait, you can contact us to request a separate shipment and you will be responsible for the separate shipping cost. 

We begin shipping as soon as items are in-stock and you will receive an email notification with tracking details once an order is shipped. We will not contact you between the confirmation email and the shipment notification unless their are unique circumstances surrounding your shipment. If you don't hear from us, we are still awaiting your items for shipment. 

Please note: Our stock is replenished from labels on an as-needed basis, meaning if an item runs out of stock, we will bring in additional copies as soon as possible and fulfill your order once it is received from the record label who manufactures it.
